If you are experiencing an emergency (i.e.- no heat, no water, a major leak), call the Buffalo Lighthouse Management office day or night at (716) 880-0780 and leave a message in the "tenant" mailbox. If you are not experiencing an emergency, but need to request general maintenance or repairs, please call our office during business hours only at (716) 880-0780. If you are locked out of your home/apartment, you should call a locksmith. The landlord is not responsible for a lockout, as you were already provided with keys upon move-in. If you do not want to pay for a locksmith, you may call our office and request that we come out and assist you. The charge for this is $35.00. Please note: we are only able to assist you during business hours. Rent Payments Rent is due on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $30.00 late fee may be assessed. If any circumstance occurs that prevents you from making your rent payment on time, please call us. If you do not have money to pay rent, you may be eligible to receive emergency assistance. We are happy to work with you as long as we have communication with you. Communication is key!
