How to Rent
The first step in the process is to call our office and schedule an appointment to view the Buffalo real estate in which you are interested. After you have viewed the property, you may call our office to schedule an appointment to fill out an application. You will have to come to our office to fill out the application.
The cost to apply is $25.00, which includes the cost for a background check. It is non-refundable and must be paid by cash or money order. You must also deposit with us cash or a money order equal to the first month's rent. If you are approved for the rental, that amount will be applied to your required security deposit. If you are not approved for the rental, that amount will be returned to you by check.
Lastly, please bring in photo identification, as well as proof of income, and/or proof of housing assistance you receive. Once you are approved, we will fill out any paperwork you may need (e.g. Section 8 or Landlord Statement for DSS). |

When renting an apartment, you are responsible for gas and electric. The landlord pays the water bill and mows the lawn in the summer. Appliances are not included with most of the properties. No pets are allowed in apartments; they may be allowed in a single-family home on a case-by-case basis, but you must have renter's insurance if you are allowed a pet of any kind. |
